Stressed in Sochi: Parents of Athletes Root from Stands

Without a doubt, there's nothing more stressful than being an athlete on the world's biggest stage.
SOCHI -- Without a doubt, there's nothing more stressful than being an athlete on the world's biggest stage.  But as any parent can probably relate to, the Olympic experience can be pretty stressful for the competitor's families.

On Saturday, Neile Jones caught up with the parents of some Olympic athletes including Meredith Kelly.  Her 19-year-old son Aidan competes for Team USA in the luge.

"He's endured a lot of crashes, a lot of fractures," Kelly told Jones. "But he's persevered and made the most of every opportunity he's had."

Click on the video above to hear Jones' conversation with Meredith Kelly as well as the parents of an Ice Dancing competitor.
